Guided relaxation is the use of visualization, voice, and sound to assist the client in creating a state of deep calm to reach full relaxation. Focusing on your breath and sound to create muscle relaxation through out the whole body and nervous system to promote stillness, peace, and calm.
Highlands Holistic offers private 60-minute or 90-minute Guided Relaxation Sessions, designed to support deep calm and restoration. Each session is uniquely tailored to you, using soothing sound and gentle voice guidance to help ease the nervous system and invite a state of profound relaxation.
